The second session of the workshop focused on the risks of escalation in relations between Russia and Great Britain in the Balkans in the Black and Baltic Seas. The workshop was attended by leading experts on security issues of the two countries. The second workshop on strategic stability, arms control, and cooperation in space will be held on November 11, 2021, and will be devoted to slowing the arms race.
