..., 2018, Jean-Noel Wetterwald, acting United Nations High Commissioner for Refugees in Russia (UNHCR), visited Russian International Affairs Council. The following issues were discussed in the course of the meeting with RIAC management: international migration and refugee issue in the context of regional crisis situations, the possibility of expanding Russia's cooperation with UNHCR in sharing experience on working with internally displaced people and refugees, as well as the challenges the international expert community is facing in this area. RIAC visitor got to know about current projects of the Council in the area of migration and refugee issues.
