During the event, representatives of the International Crisis Group presented a new report on post-war prospects for Nagorno-Karabakh.

The discussion was attended by Russian experts and colleagues from Azerbaijan. During the discussion of the report, experts considered the possibilities of easing the tension around Nagorno-Karabakh and the prospects for providing humanitarian assistance to the local population. The experts also discussed the potential role of the Russian peacekeeping forces in security assurances in this still highly unstable region.
