On July 4, RIAC program coordinators Darya Khaspekova and Vladimir Morozov took part in expert-level workshop “Raising Efficiency of Government Measures for Development of International Academic Mobility in Russia” sponsored by the National Training Foundation.

On July 4, RIAC program coordinators Darya Khaspekova and Vladimir Morozov took part in expert-level workshop “Raising Efficiency of Government Measures for Development of International Academic Mobility in Russia” sponsored by the National Training Foundation.

The participants were offered the following documents on advancement of the international cooperation in the area:

– Report based on research of Russia’s normative and legal base, instruments, mechanisms and practices vis-à-vis foreign states performed by the International Organizations Research Institute at Higher School of Economics (Irene Lazutina).

– Draft National Concept for International Academic Mobility (Marina Larionova).

– Proposals for improved implementation of Russian Federation Government No. 638 “On Cooperation with Foreign States in Education” of August 24, 2008 (Anastasia Mikhel, Darya Dydzynskaya).

– Online methods for implementation of educational programs with foreign partners (Victoria Slesareva).

– Strategic tasks of State Corporation Rosatom in training personnel for foreign partners (Valery Karezin).

RIAC representatives narrated about their educational programs, among them Global Science, and Working Paper “Russian Research and Education in Foreign Relations: 20 Years After”, while the audience spoke in praise of RIAC’s contribution in development of international academic mobility and favored further cooperation with RIAC.
