Most Russians and Chinese that follow communism and Americans that follow capitalism don't even know that both theories on modern society started in a bar amoung intellectual friends in Scotland due to the Industrial Age. Since that time the betterment of society seems to have gravitated to leadership away from this as communism has. No way of paying its bills without control of monopolistic sector of enterprise. This will lead to capatialistic countries having to raise its cost of military around the world to protect boarding countries of communist as communist leadership will have to expand its borders to deal with their own coming economic collapses. It is best for America to help ease that by teaching economic theory which will help communist countries be able to have a vibrant society within their borders so they don't have to expand across other borders to hide the false gold of communism. Capitalism will expand on its own during globalization as supply and demand creating a more prosperous life to the world occurs and it will be important for countries that have huge governmental expense to understand that a society cannot rely on the top for taxation so the quest for cheap labor has to be managed within a society to which labor can live, eat, have shelter, have security and have availability to good health alongside entertainment and time with friends and family and have a wage that pays taxes in the private sector while government sector employees have limited incomes. Wealth created from government collapses government as the budgets start to be budgeted from taxes which are not true taxes. Public employees are necessary but they should never be taxed on their incomes it should be a net check. It should be fair and consistent for the task but taxes have to only come in from private sector wages, corporate taxation, and other taxes such as sales tax, hotel taxes Etc.... Otherwise emerging countries will fall into the same trap America is heading for by not adapting this taxation truth. Fast Forward - America now has a huge problem with over budgeting and propagandist of class warfare. The top government officials do not want to accept this truth and continue to blame the rich when it's not the rich that can fix it. It's the political elite that have to come to grips with the truth and change the tax code before America collapses.
This is why I am involved in Cryptography of currency. I am not talking about BITCOIN. The next generation currency is being developed. When America has a currency collapse all nations will need to utilize our currency model. It is an American based currency which will replace the dollar. As all other nations are much worse than America in the management of the said above. China may be the leader away from such but they must start to raise wages and receive taxation from their labor in private sector instead of in public sector. China is so large that if they do not adjust quickly they will be America's salvation as China's currency collapse prior America which then will allow America to be the only place capital moves to which will relieve the pressures they have by not adapting to a true capitalistic tax system. Private sector taxes pay for governmental services and employees, budgeting taxes from government employees and companies such as in communism and socialism is a Ponzi scheme which has to collapse. The Euro is a mess because of this as well and why Britian had its Brexit.
