Chairman of the Management Board, President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation.

Mr. Katyrin graduated from Moscow Automobile and Road Construction Institute and International Business School at MGIMO-University.

An active founder of Russia's Chamber of Industry and Commerce, Mr. Katyrin has served as head of its Chief Directorate, Vice-President and Board Member.

He was elected President of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry of the Russian Federation in 2011.

Mr. Katyrin is a member of the Presidential Economic Council and the Expert Council of the Russian Government, as well as several other civil and consultative bodies.

Mr. Katyrin is First Deputy Chairman of the Russian National Committee on Pacific Economic Cooperation, Board Member of the Boao Forum for Asia, and Member of Board of Presidents of CIS Chambers of Commerce and Industry.

In 2006-2012, he served as Deputy Secretary of the Russian Federation Public Chamber.
