On April 25, 2014 in Moscow, the international task force "Greater Europe 2030" held its third session organized by the Russian International Affairs Council, the European Leadership Network (ELN), Polish Institute of International Affairs (PISM) and Turkish International Strategic Research Organization (USAK).

The event was attended by RIAC Director General Andrey Kortunov and Program Director Ivan Timofeev, ELN Director Ian Kearns, PISM Head of the Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Project Lukasz Kulesa, PISM Eastern and South Eastern Europe Program Coordinator Piotr Kościński, analyst of PISM Non-Proliferation and Arms Control Project Jacek Durkalec, USAK Vice President Selçuk Çolakoğlu and USAK expert Habibe Özdal.

The participants outlined plans for preparation of future working papers and discussed intermediate results and further steps for advancing the project.
