On November 19-20 New York City hosted 39th plenary session of the international business leaders forum. The Forum has been traditionally organized under the auspices of RAND (RAND Business Leaders Forum) twice a year (in Moscow and in New York City) since 1997. The event gathered CEOs of key Russian and U.S. corporations, investment funds, consultancies, think tanks, and non-governmental organizations. Russian International Affairs Council has been taking part in the Forum since 2012.

Vladislav Inozemtsev, RIAC member, Scientific Director and the Founder of the Center for Post-Industrial Studies; Andrey Kortunov, Director General, RIAC; and Andrey Kolosovsky, Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of the Russian Federation, Legal and Corporate Affairs Director, Microsoft Russia, RIAC member, made speeches at the Forum.
