RIAC has published English-language collection of articles on current issues of migration in Russia prepared by RIAC experts in partnership with the Federal Migration Service and EUROCEMENT Group. The book is aimed to familiarize foreign readers with the attitudes of Russian scholars, experts and statesmen. According to RIAC President Igor Ivanov, "the migration problem differs in scale and urgency for different countries, which complicates the search of common approaches", while the "Migration in Russia. 2000 – 2013" is an initial step in the direction.
