Former United States Secretary of State Henry Kissinger has forwarded a letter of appreciation to RIAC for organizing his meeting with RIAC working group on Russia-America relations. “The exchanges we had on international order and the insights on Russia’s trajectory gave me a sense that Russia is looking to engage cooperatively in the international community, and I was encouraged by the optimism” – stated Dr. Kissinger. “The Russian International Affairs Council certainly has some bright individuals”.
