Andrey Kortunov, RIAC Director General, and Dmitri Polikanov, Deputy Head of the Federal Agency for the Commonwealth of Independent States Affairs, Compatriots Living Abroad, and International Humanitarian Cooperation (Rossotrudnichestvo), represented Russia at the meeting. The meeting was chaired by Sir Adam Thomson, Director, ELN, United Kingdom.
