New article by Pavel K. Baev Chagrin and Ambivalence in Putin’s Foreign Policy was published by Eurasia Daily Monitor and can be accessed at the web page of the Jamestown Foundation. In this paper the author voices his very critical view of Vladimir Putin and Russia’s foreign policy.
