On May 29–30, 2017 Russian International Affairs Council (RIAC) holds the Third International Conference "Russia and China: Taking on a New Quality of Bilateral Relations". The event is organised in cooperation with Russia–China Friendship Association and CREON Energy.

The Conference will take place after ‘Belt and Road’ international cooperation forum in Beijing and the visit of the President of Russia to China in May. The event will build on their results.
